Abstractions of Reality Past and Incredible Feathers casts the spotlight on the saxophonist-bandleader, melding indelibly smooth contemporary jazz and hip-hop-infused beats — all with the help of his likeminded backing band Joe Armon-Jones, Daniel Casimir and Sam Jones.
