(Matthew) Herbert’s sought-after 1998 EP So Now? finally gets a reissue on his own Accidental Jnr. imprint. It’s easy to see why people still want to get their hands on this thing more than two decades after it first came out - this is jazz-flecked deep house and garage of the highest quality. You’ll notice that the title of the record has been altered for this new edition, a decision made to reflect the popularity of the Dani Siciliano co-production ‘I Hadn’t Known (I Only Heard)’. Originally a B-side, this cut now sits up top, displacing the title-track (also Siciliano-aided).
