Offering up one of the most forward-thinking electronic avant garde LPs we’ve heard in a long time, the combined efforts of Berlin improv legends Andrea Neumann and Sabine Ercklentz, along with well-respected experimental turntablist Mieko Suzuki, prove overwhelmingly fruitful as Contagious. Contagious is an explosive work full of big ideas and bright futures, Neumann’s custom built piano sent through Suzuki’s processing rig, accompanied by Ercklentz’s bilious trumpet freewheeling.
