The prolific Ferenc E. van der Sluijs (Inter-Ference) has recently rebooted his Beverly Hills 808303 project. After breaking a long silence with the compilation EP Dealers & Lies back in 2018 we now get a new set of Beverly Hills tackle entitled Work The Box. ‘Pain In The Pacific’ and ‘Quadrant Acid’ have a Bunker Records flavour to them with their ultra-distorted acid grooves and frantic feel. On Work The Box’s closing title-track this vibe is combined with a cool juke/ghettotech flavour to great effect.
