Feel My Bicep co-owner Rory Hamilton returns with another stirling club set under the name of Hammer. The Parabola EP is a record that leans on the Detroit-inspired techno sound of artists like Convextion, James Shinra and John Shima. Closer ‘Entropy’ is a particularly pretty tech-house tune full of melodious synth work - ‘Panoptic’ does something similar too. Elsewhere on the EP Parabola’s eponymous number slows things down without sacrificing any dancefloor impact.
