LNS drops the second EP in her Recons series. As with Recons One, Recons Two is a set of varied club explorations characterised by rolling beats and pretty, IDM-esque synth work. The EP starts off in electro territory - indeed, the title-track which opens Recons Two could pass for Braindance. ‘Lehkist’ and ‘Pravic’ straighten out the beats into something approaching techno. There’s influence from both the Norwegian and Texan school in the LNS sound here. In the midst of all this we find DJ Sotofett turning in a typically dubtastic reworking of ‘37th Degree’.
