All My People, the debut LP from Dublin-based producer/singer-songwriter Maria Somerville, is a set of dreamy and gothic bedroom pop. Across the record we find Somerville’s vocals cresting impassively above clattering drum machines and hypnagogic arrangements. Sommerville’s choice to smother her songs in reverb, delay and other dubbed-out atmospherics only adds to the All My People’s half-remembered air.
