Tempo Records doing what they do best here, and what they do best is issuing wedge after wedge of high-octane drum ‘n’ bass. Their latest drop comes courtesy of label debutants Chromatic. On the Blend EP the group work with three different guest producers - RV, Soul Intent and Tim Cant - but no matter who else they get in the results always end up as dubwise and energetic junglism. The title-track has the support of a certain LTJ Bukem. Please note that ‘Day Trip’ does not appear on the vinyl edition of Blend.
