D. Tiffany and NAP’s Ambien Baby continue their fine run with the new mini-LP En Transito. This record shows more range than we’ve seen from the pair on their excellent previous EPs Tack and Transfusión. While there are still some psychedelic fourth-world leftfield house jams here - see ‘Mari Posa’ and ‘Seven Minutes In Heaven’ - En Transito also sees the duo dabble in downtempo hip-hop (‘Sequential’), dubwise guitar instrumentals (‘Amor Propio’) and electro (‘Cosa’).
