A full 17 years on from the last Scan 7 LP - 2002’s The Return Of The Beginning - and the mysterious Detroit posse come through with the follow-up. This lot were affiliated with both Tresor and Underground Resistance back in the 90’s, and on Between Worlds the Lou Robinson-led group stay true to those roots all these years later. This triple-vinyl album is packed with Drexciyan electro, paranoid Midwest techno and the sort of swirling deep-house bangers that you regularly hear tearing the roof off of Panorama Bar.
