Elisa Waut - not one person but a Belgian trio - released their eponymous debut LP as a hand-dubbed cassette back in 1982. A hypnotic devolution of new wave, this tape comes from the intriguing point when bands were starting to create icy post-punk largely from electronic equipment rather than acoustic instruments.
