There is no Ondo Fudd. This name is a red herring, designed to throw you off the scent that the artist behind Eyes Glide Through The Oxide is in fact techno auteur Call Super. Don’t be fooled by the fact that there’s also a track on this EP that’s listed as being by Call Super - again, he’s trying to trick you. Given who’s actually made the music of Eyes Glide Through The Oxide, it comes as no surprise to stick this thing on and find that it’s a set of impeccably-rendered, slightly trippy techno tunes. Tracks like ‘Joyride To My Inside’ and ‘Earth Queen Voice’ take the spacey Detroit fetishism of Convextion and dose it with some nice woozy synth work.
