DVA and SWF has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it. While it’s somewhat unclear who’s behind the Singlewhitefemale project - perhaps Scratcha himself? - what’s for sure is that both parties bring their a-game on SWF001. DVA’s ‘Soul Destroy Mix’ of Soul Fusion’s ‘Basstone’ is a slice of industrial ballroom that Total Freedom would be proud of. Singlewhitefemale takes the same vibe to an evil place on the creepy ‘Dub’ before SWF001 closes out with the glitchtronics vignette ‘Secret Garden’. It’s all very Dean Blunt.
