Anatolian Weapons (Aggelos Baltas) teams up with Greek folk revivalist Seirios Sevvaidis on this new Beats In Space Drop. Sevvaidis contributed the core materials for To The Mother Of Gods, his flute ditties and pagan songs then reshaped by Baltas to become droning psychedelic rock tracks. After Baltas’ occasional augmentations and extra instrumentation, To The Mother Of Gods eventually swells into something that sounds like a Mediterranean version of Spiritualized.
