Following 2015’s Endless, Into The Light Records continue their extensive excavation of Greek sonic adventurer Dimitris Petsetakis’ archived works with On Shores. Primarily recorded in the 1980s and early 90s, this LP charts a fearless course through wide expanses of the composer’s electro-acoustic experiments, meeting with whole microcosms of New Age and ambient lifeforms, guided by resonant percussion, or else drawn by snaking drones; vistas both sinister and warm in turn.
