Carl Craig’s Detroit Love parties have brought the sounds of the Motor City to the world. Now a similarly-titled mix series allows fans of the legendary DJ to take a piece of the action home. After an inaugural entry from Stacey Pullen, Detroit Love Vol. 2 puts Craig himself at the wheel. The CD edition is a mix of some of Craig’s choicest morsels from down the years - and you know that means it’s a set of fine techno tunes. Detroit Love Vol. 2’s vinyl outing presents eight full-length tracks among which are exclusives from Claude Von Stroke and C2/DJ Minx.
