nDSi, Cleveland’s third outing on Hivern Discs, is a charming and quixotic album of edge-of-the-dancefloor electronics. These tracks zip around the speakers with real wit, and while they are often rooted in identifiable club styles - minimal techno, electro - there is a knowing naivety to them that spins them off centre. Entries like ‘6ix’ and ‘Govlin’, for instance, are the sort of primary-colours DJ tracks that Micachu & Tirzah have done such good business with recently.
