GAIKA’s first new material since the hugely impressive Basic Volume LP is a mixtape that finds him going back to basics. The main inspirations behind HEATERS 4 THE 2 SEATERS are GAIKA’s young loves of Wu-Tang and rave music, and you won’t be surprised when we tell you that the London artist manages to alchemise gold from his base materials. This set runs like a street mixtape - raw, spontaneous and melodic - yet contains all of the invention and flair that we’ve come to expect from GAIKA. Given that there are similarities with Dean Blunt’s recent output as Babyfather it makes sense that Blunt contributes to ‘R6 REMIX’ and ‘SHREDDER’. Rome Fortune, Spragga Benz and Skinny Malone are among the other guests on HEATERS 4 THE 2 SEATERS.
