Musique Pour La Danse come through with a compilation of tracks from Belgian New Beat pioneer Dirk Desaever. Throughout the 80’s Desaever made (minimal-)waves in the European techno scene with his theatrical brand of electronic punk. Sometimes his tracks crossed over into the burgeoning EBM sound, and an array of projects - White House White, A Thunder Orchestra, Ratbau - allowed Desaever to scratch whatever itch he had at a given moment. Collected 1984-1989 provides a comprehensive overview of an artist whose work is coveted by the likes of Marcel Dettmann and Mick Wills.
