Hot on the heels of his excellent Kabriman EP (Midnight Shift), Harmonious Thelonious rocks up on Italic (Jan Schulte, Antonelli) with the sequel to his 2016 LP International Dance Record. The two Harmonious Thelonious originals on International Dance Record 2 find him showcasing a low-slung Italo Disco style. Opening track ‘Blinky’ also has a slight Balearic feel to it. The other two entries here are both remixes of cuts from the first International Dance Record release. Tolouse Low Trax keeps things minimal on his ‘Rivera’ flip while Wolf Müller’s take on ‘R.F.S. (Vol 3)’ is a head-snapping industrial electro thing.
