Partners-in-techno Matrixxman and Physical Therapy unite for a collaborative EP that has been years in the making. By all accounts the pair have tried to make a record together for years but haven’t been able to cook up anything worth releasing. Not so with Threads - this is a set of deliciously dystopian techno inspired by the BBC’s (in)famous 1984 nuclear winter film of the same name. Slightly minimal, slightly acidic, and guaranteed dancefloor dynamite.
