Echocord are one of the most reliable labels in the clubsphere, and STL is one of the scene’s most consistent producers. As such, it’s no surprise to find that STL’s new EP for Echocord is an excellent release. Take Your Seats contains three chilled DJ tools that get dubbier as the record goes along. While opener ‘Lost Harbour’ is the sort of heat-hazed deep house jam that could have ended up on Smallville, final cut ‘Sensimilia’ is a dub-techno roller you’d associate with fellow Echocord artist Mikkel Metal.
