Gerry Read debuts for Pampa Records with the characteristically mischievous It’ll All Be Over, an ancient folk pop ditty that quickly flips into a French house style banger, as per the UK producer’s innate skill for groove-sniffing. Secondary joint ‘Satyricon’ reaches much of the same euphoric heights, peopled by snippets of Spanish dialogue over its warped samples. As if Read’s handiwork hadn’t already got you moving, you can’t help working those shoulders to DJ Koze’s expertly observed remix.
