Gondwana Records (Mr. Scruff, Portico Quartet) present the debut solo LP from Polish pianist and composer Hania Rani. The one born Hania Raniszewska has already got quite a CV together prior to the release of Esja - she has collaborated with artists like Christian Löffler as well as gracing the stages of Warsaw’s National Philharmonic and London’s Roundhouse. Hania Rani channels her experience into Esja, a collection of tender piano compositions that nod to Olafur Arnalds and Michael Nyman.
