Dance Music Pt. 2 sees techno golden boy Levon Vincent make with the moves on the second instalment of this 12” miniseries. Consisting of three untitled cuts of laser-sharp dancefloor wanderers, Vincent delivers on this release’s matter-of-fact title with nothing but four-to-the-floor beats, slinky synthesisers, and a intuitive sense for the ecstatic in dance music. The cover displays a cavalier photo of a novelty clock, its numbers strewn about the face, as a reminder that time doesn’t exist in his world. Then there’s that beckoning phrase underneath, a tempting command to “dance all night”; and with these jams, how could you not?
