Back in 2016, the first Battle Break compilation came out of nowhere to become one of the leftfield club hits of the year. Featuring the likes of Evil Grimace and DJ DEE KAY, the Prr! Prr! label’s selection of DIY techno, gabba and acid won many fans for its combination of banging beats and devil-may-care attitude. Fast forward to 2019 and we finally have a follow-up. Battle Break veterans DEE KAY, B-Ball Joints and more are joined by newcomers like Ciara! and DJ Coquelin. The song remains the same throughout - highly idiosyncratic scuzz-tools that’ll burn the house down at Bangface.
