Jay Glass Dubs is back on the excellent Bokeh Versions (TNT Roots, Sunun) with his debut LP. Epitaph serves as the most potent summation to date of the Jay Glass Dubs sound. On cuts like ‘Laid Down’ and ‘Animal Estate’ the Greek producer’s fusion of dub sonics, deep techno, incantatory drones and piercing synths make for a listen that is arresting, energising and unsettling all at once.
