If you were to pick a word in Ceephax Acid Crew’s name that best described the music on his new EP it would most certainly be the one in the middle. Acid Cask 1: Pandemonium sees the veteran producer dropping all sense of subtlety and leaning heavily on the 303. The deranged, alien vibe of tunes like ‘Acid Fiefdom’ recall Bjarki and the rest of the bbbbbb family. A cracking release, and you’ll be pleased to hear that CAC already has two more records lined up for the Acid Cask series.
