Blueprint Records (Truncate, Samuel Kerridge) come back with a set of typically arresting techno dispatches from UK club OGs Ruskin & Broom. On Domwen the pair drop a triumvirate of DJ tools characterised by relentless beats and seasick electronics. The manner in which hissing hi-hats, pummelling kicks and reed-like synths combine on the cuts here is reminiscent of the best Tresor drops. Cop this one if you’ve been enjoying the recent Steve Bicknell resurgence.
