Big Wild’s Jackson Stell throws the kitchen sink at debut LP Superdream. The tracks here go for that sort of wide-eyed maximalist pop sound that has served acts like Empire Of The Sun and The Naked And Famous so well these past few years. We reckon anthemic cuts like ‘Joypunks’ and ‘City Of Sound’ will be all over the festival circuit this coming Summer. Superdream is out on Ninja Tune sub-label Counter Records (Maribou State, Conner Youngblood).
