Teengirl Fantasy member Logan Takahashi returns to Ghostly International for a new EP. Takahashi uses the eight tracks of Crema to further expand the sound he showcased on 2016’s NoGeo LP. In practice this means that Crema is another record of adventurous dub-techno that manages to get Takahashi’s penchant for experimentalism to coalesce around club four-to-the-floors. The combination of lush pads with tough kick drums is reminiscent of Fort Romeau.
