Ultramajic bosses Pilar Zeta and Jimmy Edgar both have a big part to play in Zeta’s new release. Zeta came up with the tracks on Moments Of Reality, while Zeta and Edgar produced the record together. It’s unsurprising, then, that the tracks here live up to what you’d expect to hear on a new Ultramajic drop. This is no bad thing - the label’s retrofuturist synth sound, equal-parts Jam City, Fatima Al Qadiri, Zora Jones and the new age revival, proves to be a delightful splash of colour in the midst of a grey winter.
