Peaking Lights on Dekmantel makes sense. The Californian duo’s psychedelic brand of retro-electro beds them nicely into a label roster that includes artists like Motor City Drum Ensemble and Fatima Yamaha. Sea Of Sand is a delightful EP from the group that shows off all of their best sides. Their usual influences of synth-pop, chillwave, Balearic beats, dub and ambient music are all brought onside once more for the six tracks here. Sea Of Sand will have you pining for the long hot summer just passed.
