The always excellent Coyote Records (E.M.M.A., Last Japan) continues to push grime in ever-more interesting directions. Their latest drop comes from Marks, who follows up last year’s Drain EP with a debut full-length. Laced with melody, each track offers a different view into the Coyote Records beat-centric universe. While the instrumental grime of Gobstopper, Main Attrakionz 808s and Kuedo's snare roll futurism play a big part in the makeup of Marks sound, he is clearly an artist channelling his own path through the digital jungle of modern-day grime and techno.
