Vessel and Ossia’s anarchic FuckPunk imprint return with another limited release, this time courtesy of the equally upstart duo Bad Tracking. Anyone who dug the FP drops from Asda and Giant Swan will find plenty to sink their teeth into here. Indeed, Giant Swan show up on remix duties, turning in a version of ‘Clanger’ that sounds like Jam City’s ‘Her’ after it’s been given a going-over by Alec Empire. The original is a similarly dystopian affair, all distorted hi-hats and humming bass. The other BT entry here, ‘May Day’, lopes along like an early bashment riddim that’s been made on some seriously beat-up hardware. October’s dub of the same tune has a bit of a darkwave thing going on.
