After impressing with their debut release back in 2018 the people behind fledgling label Tessellate keep up the good work with this new drop from Aleksandir. From the form on display across Yamaha it’s easy to see how the one born Alex Lawrence managed to land himself an EP on Church last year. This is a set of melodious, shuffling deep house jams that also bring the lush synth sounds of the Balearic isles into play. For variation, Asa Moto’s remix of Yamaha’s title track gives things a bit of an Italo flavour.
