Nils Frahm follows his latest album All Melody album with the surprise drop Encores 1 EP.

Recorded in Nils Frahm's studio at the Funkhaus in Berlin, as part of the same sessions for All Melody, Encores 1 is made of the same melodic ambience yet carries it further into the night. Loaded up with cinematic ambience and left to ripen in a lounge-jazz atmosphere, the first four tracks of Encore 1 see the piano take centre stage before 'Harmonium in the Well' steals the show with it's slowly expanding inward looking drones.
