Embedded deep in the Manchester nightclub folklore psych and widely regarded as "the one" (if you think you were there then you probably weren't) for the devout followers of the club night and label meandyou. That frosty, faithful evening in 2013 when they brought Hessle Audio's main man Ben UFO and Frak for the first ever live UK show (and fresh from cutting a plate for Sex Tags Mania) to the Soup Kitchen basement is now available to be relived by those who lost their mind and cherished by those who are only just now going to discover it.

The intention of this release is to materialise the recording of a special meeting of creative minds and those that attended the event, contributing to Manchester’s important musical landscape. As Live at Soup Kitchen 25.01.2013 is a recording of the said event, there are no audio clips so much like meandyou's events, if you want to experience it you have to commit and support the cause.
