Moxie’s On Loop Records (Ikonika, Shanti Celeste) follow up Avon Blume’s Slowly Diving with another EP of extremely classy deep house. This time it’s the turn of LK to take centre-stage for an On Loop release, and the three tracks of Dreams certainly do not disappoint. Both the title piece and ‘(I Wanna) Make Luv 2 U’ are superbly rendered club traxx with grooves so smooth that the title of the latter may prove prophetic for some partygoers in the coming summer. ‘Summer Of 93’ slows the tempo down to show off a Balearic influence, with the resulting track coming off a little like Andrew Ashong and Theo Parrish’s ‘Flowers’.
