Huerco S. drops a new 12" as Loidis, swimming through the same lanes of his recent Pendant LP while also giving nod to the smudged jazzy house of his early 12"s for Future Times, Opal Tapes and Proibito.
Carrying himself highly within the great Basic Channel/Chain Reaction etc. continuum, the Loidis project sets out to truly put a dub on it.
This something of a mouthful titled 12" 'A Parade, In The Place I Sit, The Floating World (& All Its Pleasures)' drives across three terrains of deepest fuzzy abstraction. And while it is so close to traditional dub techno in a sense, Huerco's lack of a straight up square kick ensures his music floats perfectly between the house, techno and ambient axis.
Further proof that Huerco S. really has the deepest sound around.
