Following the hugely popular Electric Love Blueprint, Manchester print company Dorothy have designed and delved into the inner workings of the Minimoog with this new 3 colour litho print.

Designed in celebration of the cult classic synthesizer, Inside Information: Minimoog celebrates the Minimoog and the many musicians who used and were influenced by it. Prior to the launch of the Minimoog in 1970 synthesisers were large, modular machines designed purely for use in the studio. The Minimoog revolutionised this by scaling down the instrument and making it a world first portable synth, as well as being an affordable piece of equipment for budding home studio experimentalists.

The Minimoog went onto be used by everyone from Kraftwerk on the revolutionary Autobahn LP, Sun Ra on The Wind Speaks, Devo Mongoloid. Billed as ’The Moog for the road’ - it revolutionised music, acquired a cult-like following (which it still enjoys to this day) and quickly became the most popular synth of its time.
