East London design house Entwurf presents the Yamaha DX7, a synthesizer famed for its use in seminal recordings by Aphex Twin, Kraftwerk, Brian Eno and The Cure to just name a few.

The Yamaha DX7 was one of the most popular digital synthesizers to emerge in the early 1980’s. Remembered for generating its unique sounds which are still admired today, accompanied by a slick colour palette that makes it a timeless classic of the synth family.

This design gives visual homage to the machine, with a detailed diagram of the various components and its accompanying instruments.

Printed with a tailored colour gradient that aims to mimic the aesthetic of the 80’s poster boy of digital synths. 2 colour gradient screenprint on white paper.

Please note, as these are handprinted, the colour gradient will slightly vary, giving a unique poster each time.
