Bleep is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new warehouse facility. To accommodate future expansion Bleep is opening a new facility in the Milton Keynes area. This role involves working closely with our partners and our own store managers based in London to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional level of service.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all warehouse functions - Goods in / Mail order pick & pack etc.
- Managing supplier relationships
- Liaising with clients and maintaining client relations as necessary
- Recruiting and managing staff
- Ensuring the facility runs in an efficient and cost effective manner
- Ensuring legal compliance
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a related role. Direct experience in e-commerce and mail order pick and pack would be advantageous. Candidates should also:
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills
- Be self motivated and capable of working independently
- Have excellent people management skills
- Have previous experience managing a team of more than five people
- Be able to demonstrate continuous improvement of working practices
