Bonobo follows up January’s Fragments LP with a new limited 12” featuring two dancefloor focussed new singles. The shuffling, house jumper ‘ATK’ dates back to the Fragments sessions and originally started life as an edit of Atakora Manu’s ‘Dada’ before evolving into a dancefloor filler of its own volition. The A side’s title track pairs some soulful vocal samples against a hyperactive drum break that finds a happy medium between house and jungle. Defender is another winning floor filler for Bonobo’s own OUTLIER imprint.
