The latest edition of our Bleep mix series is provided by Locked Groove, the alias for the electronic output of Belgian producer Tim Van de Meutter. Kicking off with the hazy post-punk leaning electro of Borusiade’s recent ‘The Death Of a Desire (A Ghost)’ on Dark Entries, it gets into the thick of the dancefloor pretty sharp afterwards. Operating in the mistier side of dynamic house and techno in which he’s made his name, there are heavy cuts from the likes of Function, Reflex and ES-Q. The trademark dream-breaks of No Moon leads into Locked Groove closing with his freshly landed ‘Intr0’.
