I heard Deadboy play Escape Your Future on NTS, really grabbed me. I don't think UTTU have ever or could ever do any wrong, Reality Check's Untitled Love EP is brill too.
CPU are so bloody sick. Pair of absolute screamers here. As if Rewind is from 1991, that is outrageous.
Gage carving his own lane as always, proper amazing body of work. The tape is full of zoners, Bix is my favourite though.
Wen's great and so is this.
I'm totally head over heels for Equiknoxx at the moment, go and see them live if you get a chance. Standardly amazing stuff from Time Cow; check out Real Pirates Don't Say Okie Dokie Then too, that's one of my faves at the moment.
I heard Conor Thomas play this in the middle of a mountain in Austria which was probably perfect. Aside from being totally mental and abrasive, this is still full of amazing grooves. Keep coming back to the car screech section on A1.
Samrai & Platt the soother specialists. Another record of the year - end of the night classic at Swing Ting parties, love a quick sing-a-long to this while noone's looking.
This came out last year but i'm still coming back to it. Tom Boogizm is something else, make sure you check him out on NTS or go see him and Jon K at Pariahs. ECM and Punishing are outstanding, very hefty and very brave!
