SOL is the sophomore offering from Los Angeles based producer and composer Brendan Angelides under the Eskmo moniker. The LP was recorded across 12 months in Angelides’ home studio in the Eastside of LA. While there are strong melodies and pop sensibilities on SOL, it is clearly a piece of work made by someone who also dabbles in fuller composition. The sheer range of sounds that come to the fore on tracks like Mind Of War and The Sun Is A Drum create a brand new sound. Electronic soundscapes set to masterful songwriting and symphonist ambition.
