The immaculate studio experiments of Fort Romeau get a speed boost on the fittingly titled ‘FWD NRG’. There’s a crisp, vintage club feel on the track, as Romeau sets up some sizzling hi hats and thudding four-on-the-floors with synth key hits straight out of a classic Euro track. On the flip side, Acemo rejigs the track for an even greater velocity, prolonging the tension with neat rhythm pitfalls along the way.
