TRACKS: HIGH QUALITY MP3, NO DRM!
- Bleep does not require you to install any software. Listen to all tracks in full for free – The waveform player stops after 30 seconds, just click 'play' again or anywhere on the Waveform to continue.
- Bleep tracks are high quality, standard MP3 files with embedded artwork, compatible with iPods, Macs, PCs and all MP3 players.
- Bleep files have no DRM or copy protection built in - we strongly believe that people should be treated as customers and not potential criminals.
File Quality:
- Bleep tracks are very high quality, encoded using the LAME codec (program), widely acknowledged as the best MP3 encoder available.
- Files added to Bleep SINCE JANUARY 2006 are encoded at the maximum possible quality of 320 Kbps Bitrate. (indicated next to the "Buy MP3 Release" link for each product)
- Files added to Bleep PRIOR TO JANUARy 2006 are encoded using Variable BitRate (VBR) encoding. (indicated next to the "Buy MP3 Release" link for each product) This means that the bitrate changes during the file, saving space where the maximum encoding level is not required. They are still very high quality - indistinguishable from 320kpbs MP3s.
*NB //MP3 players (hardware and software) differ in how they display the bitrate for these files, most commonly (eg itunes) showing the bitrate for the first 'frame' only of the Mp3, giving a misleading impression of the overall file quality. Do not be fooled!*
- ‘End User Legal Agreement’ - EULA
The end user agreement is necessary for us to complete a transaction with you. You only need to read it and click ‘agree’ the first time you buy from the site.
